Hello reader person!
TBL needs new members and is hoping on making a better youtube video advertisement. If you or any other person/alien thing has a capture card! Please help us out. We need yer capturing abilities!!!

This may sound stupid but what is a capture card? is it a download or is it an actual item.

A capture card is not downloaded. It is hardware. Basically it hooks up to your tv and your computer and records whats on your tv. Most people don'y buy them because they don't have a computer or laptop close to there television. If you want to purchase one... go on ebay or any online store and search "Dazzle capture card or just Dazzle" IT is the most commen and effecient kind of capture devise.
